Is everything original?
Yes. We do not reproduce. Where something has been repaired, the repair is named in the object’s trace.
Why is there only one of most things?
Because there was only one to find. When an object sells it leaves the archive, and the curation tool stops proposing it the same day.
Can you restore a piece before it ships?
Usually, and usually we advise against it. Tell us what bothers you and we will say honestly whether removing it removes the object’s age with it.
Will it fit my room?
Every object carries its width, depth and height. The Vochti Room checks those against the wall you measured and refuses anything that will crowd it.
Do you buy?
Yes, single objects and whole houses. Send photographs and rough measurements and we will come and look.
