Wear is not damage. Every object is sold with the marks it arrived with, and those marks are described and photographed on its page before you buy.
If a piece reaches you with damage it did not have when it left, tell us as soon as it arrives and send photographs. We collect it and refund or repair, whichever you prefer.
Commissioned and restored-to-order pieces are made for one room and cannot be returned.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law where you live.
